Soul Fusion dance combines basic movements for merengue, salsa, yoga dance, and free flow movemnet to harness our energy and improve mental and physical states of being.
No dance or movement experience is necessary.
This is a time to simply show up to invite movement into the body for emotional and physical release and tap into the courage to connect with joy and our soul's desire.
No need to dress up fancy or in special attire.
We welcome you as you are in comfortable clothing and barefoot.
