We begin with a light breath practice to prepare our minds and bodies to fully relax during the Sound Healing session infused with REIKI.
Instrumentation used: Gongs, Metal & Crystal Singing Bowls, Drum, Chimes and more.

This is a sound bath in a group setting.
Each one is slightly different incorporating meditation, breath practice, sound healing, and energy healing.

Through meditation we will engage in Introspection and Stillness.
A Breath Practice will be shared. No yoga experience needed.

The sound of Gongs and Singing bowls induces deep cellular healing within the meditation state.
Gong & Crystal vibrations reduce stress, massages the body, and also helps to restore balance.  

Catherine is a Reiki Master who uses the gongs and singing bowls to immerse you in a deeply relaxing and transformational sound journey that can facilitate balance in areas in your life with divine resonance as your guide.
