Introduction to Kundalini Yoga is an online class offered through a modernized and trauma-informed lens with a spiritual and holistic approach. Within a single session you will find yourself exploring and practicing powerful breath-work, mudra, and rhythmic movements. You don’t necessarily need to be flexible but the practice will stretch your comfort zone in many ways, allowing you to expand your awareness, release emotional and physical tension, build strength and vigor, become physically and mentally stronger and healthier, transcend your limitations and feel deeply connected to yourself.
