Throughout the years, I’ve gathered a bounty of tools and techniques that help transform pain into power and adversity into strength. My passion for healing has lead me to explore many pathways that lead to connecting with the inner light that is present in all of us.
The services I offer are pathways that I have personally walked, continue to walk, and that have personally helped me on my journey. I wish to share them with those who are in search of a path that, although may be challenging at time, leads to divine alignment….and that comes with ease.

I have an intimate appreciation and understanding of the value of facing the shadows and transmuting them into light.

My purpose is to help guide and empower each individual on their own unique path so they may tap into the innate wisdom and healing already present within.

  • Certified 9th Generation Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner in the Usui Reiki line.

  • Master Gong & Sound Therapist.

  • Yoga Teacher (RYT 200 Hour) Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga & Mindfulness.

  • Kundalini Yoga Teacher (RYT 200 Hour).

  • RYT 300 Hour Yoga Teacher (currently in the works).

Sessions are conducted in Catherine’s energetic healing space located in Old Bridge, Central New Jersey, U.S.
Upon booking or signing up for a class or workshop, address details will be provided.

At home sessions are available for those who are unable to leave their home or would simply like to relax in their own environment. (Subject to travel fee).
